— Philosophy
I DESIGN FOR TRUST,
NOT JUST TASKS.
People only use a product if they trust it. So I design for confidence first clear next steps, no surprises, and language anyone can follow.
That means accessible interfaces, decisions backed by real user research, and keeping things simple, especially for first-time learners, where one confusing screen can stop someone from trying again.
— Selected Work
PROCESS-DRIVEN PROJECTS
Five projects across FinTech, Healthcare, Behavioural Change, and Multi-Sensory Experience, each built from open brief to tested prototype.
— Process
HOW I
WORK.
Four stages, one loop. Every project runs from research through a validated, accessible handoff with metrics attached to the outcome.
RESEARCH
— Decision Framework
HOW I EVALUATE EVERY
PRODUCT DECISION.
The CRAFT Framework guides my process - a simple decision-making model I use so every solution is clear, relevant, evidence-based, easy to use, and trustworthy.
Clarity
Helping users immediately understand what matters most on the screen.
Relevance
Ensuring every feature solves a real user and business problem.
Authority
Grounding decisions in research, constraints, and measurable outcomes.
Frictionless
Reducing cognitive load and simplifying user journeys end-to-end.
Trust
Designing for confidence, transparency, and long-term adoption.
— Experience
DESIGN JOURNEY
Design for Change (DFC)
Facilitated design and research learning activities across DFC and Hyper Hackathon cohorts, and led design end-to-end for PayNORA. Ran 20+ usability sessions and 15+ interviews; learners went from 0% to 75% independent task completion, with tasks completed 40% faster. Awarded Fabulous Facilitator for growing the design community.
Accord Marketers Pvt Ltd
Sole design owner across three concurrent client products — discovery, research, interface design, and developer handoff. All three clients renewed beyond the original scope. Reusable design systems and annotated Figma handoffs cut developer clarification requests by roughly 30%.
Blue Bead Ventures
Redesigned core interface flows for the company's digital product, working directly with founders and engineers to turn loosely-scoped requirements into build-ready screens. Stayed with developers through implementation to reduce rework and keep the visual system consistent.
Silicon India · Aeromag Asia
Editorial layouts and print collateral on a fast publication schedule, with consistent typography and hierarchy across issues — where the discipline behind my design-systems work started.
— Tools
TOOLS I TRUST
The tools I reach for every day — for research, design, prototyping, and handoff.
— Principles
DESIGN SHOULD
BUILD CONFIDENCE
Accessibility First
Inclusive experiences built to WCAG 2.1 AA. Designed for the edge, validated by the everyday.
Research Driven
Decisions grounded in interviews, usability sessions, and observable behaviour — not assumption.
Clarity Over Complexity
Reduce cognitive load. Make next steps obvious. Honor people's attention.

— About
EVERY PRODUCT HAS USERS. NOT EVERY PRODUCT TRULY UNDERSTANDS THEM.
Throughout my journey, I realized that the biggest challenge wasn't designing beautiful interfaces, it was understanding why people struggle in the first place.
Whether it was senior citizens afraid of making digital payments, caregivers worried about medication adherence, or museum visitors looking for a more engaging way to learn, I found myself asking the same question:
"How can design make people feel more confident?"
That question has shaped my work as a Product Designer and UX/UI Designer. I enjoy uncovering real user needs through research and turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
My projects are not just about improving usability, they are about reducing confusion, building trust, and creating products people can use with confidence.
This portfolio is a collection of those journeys, showing how research, empathy, and product thinking come together to create meaningful experiences.
