Mapped all five user workflows through on-site observation and stakeholder walkthroughs. Ran collaborative FigJam sessions with clinical staff to surface ten key inefficiencies. Designed 25+ screens in Figma with role-specific dashboards, shared navigation conventions, and a redesigned patient intake queue.
